Project Management for Corporate Build-Outs and Moves

 

Our company specializes in Project Management of Corporate Moves.  Our goal is to make our client's corporate move, relocation, buildout as easy and stress free as possible.

 

We act as the bridge between the client and the finished product, as we handle all the coordination work, from understanding the client's vision, culture, budget, and timeframe, to working with the Architect and Designer of client's choice to implement this into a space plan, to working with the General Contractors to build out this plan, getting approvals from the City, to vendor management and negotiations throughout the process.  

 

We act as the Client's Representative to ensure every step of the process is considered, and implemented based on the detailed plan, schedule, and budget criteria defined.
