Apigee Corporate HQ: Final Product

Project managing the corporate move for Apigee HQ from their Palo Alto, Pleasanton, and Santa Clara offices into a Class A highrise building in Downtown San Jose (for 250 employees into a 42k sq ft space) was challenging, yet fun! 

Not only did this move involve coordination of all parties (vendors, designer, architect, GC, Building Mgmt, the City, and the Apigee internal team) and an ever changing project list, it also involved execution on an agressive timeline of 3 months, which through dedication, hard work, and great teamwork, we were able to wrap up ahead of schedule!
